MS Capital Management, L.L.C. is a registered investment advisory firm registered in the state of Arizona. MS Capital employs the "total return" adage to its investment thesis on a "macro" level, and at the equity level, an emphasis on GARP (Growth at Reasonable Price).

We develop a target price for selected equities based on our analysis. These selected stocks then become a part of our portfolio. We may take a long position, short position, or "hedged" position, depending on our current proprietary valuation model for each individual security.

MS Capital Management, LLC covers diverse sectors, investing in each company based on our DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) Valuation Model. We participate in meetings with Senior Management, quarterly earnings announcements and conference calls. All of this data is extrapolated into our model for each security.

Our proprietary selection process discerns companies with a viable product/service. We screen for strong returns on equity and strong return on assets. We review the cash flow statements, balance sheets and all public sources of information. We then continue to monitor each investment for our clients, and provide updated valuation models. Clients are also provided executive summaries, which detail the previous quarter's earnings vs. our projections. This process keeps our clients involved in the day-to-day process of their portfolios' growth.

Our goal is to outperform the S&P 500 Index, net of fees, for the duration of the management of our clients' assets.
